Why not getting a free server from all these free vps providers out there host4vps ? I think that's the best choice. It's hard to find a cheap vps for less than $10 annually. Even ip address cost about 1 usd per month so it would be $12 per year.
buyvm.net has vps package for $12 a year. 128MB RAM and 15GB Space.
chicagovps.net has $12 a year package with 128MB RAM and 10GB Space.
Don't expect much support from these providers though. It's not their fault.
When you look at these specs It's quite clear you are better off with one of those free vps. You get good server and faster support.

You can get even better offers at the end of November.
There were offers with dedicated IP address for 1 dollar/year from VirMach.

Ever since they closed the old freedomain.club service there aren't any free vps providers who give you a vps right away. You need like 70 more points to apply for a vps here and better keep an eye on freevps.us too. their give away happens on 16th every month and you need only about 50 points to apply for it.

yes. i will take some hard time to apply for a free vps. thanks for the other VPS site

GestionDBI's DNS-OVZ-128MB package is $9.93/year, so it's under $10.
FreeServer has also under $10 plans.

You can try InterServer's one cent offer, not sure If its still working ( was working last month ) but for 1 cent you get a 1 gb OpenVZ server with about 20-30 mbps connection, not that good but hey Its for one cent only :p
