I know what it is and what It does but I don't really use it because so far I haven't been able to have sufficient needs to download and use it
There is something called Stacer which does the same for Linux. As for Android, there is Clean Master. More or less, all of them do the same. Clean system cache.

360 total security ? i think that is adware for android . it is claim to boost your phone but give you hell lot of ads correct me if im wrong

because they do almost nothing and the only purpose of 360 security and other bullsh*t app on android is to send you ads so the creator get money by you installing their app

i have reccomendation . if you low on space i suggest you using SD Maid . i used clean master before but it is not really effective to clean my phone storage but with REAL WORKING apps like SD Maid my sd card cleaned more effectively than clean master adware

and cleaning the ram is actually not really important . because android will close unused app but if you really want to just restart your phone
i use CCleaner in my pc and laptop but u can also try System Ninja too its good pc cleaner
Never used it even though people suggested me a lot to use it. I just don't like these type of anti virus since they are annoying.
