Maybe there is a problem. I restarted the server now even I can't login to it through RDP. Also I had to restart because sever got so slow and unresponsive.

I know how to use it. I just cannot connect TO the VPS. I keep getting Remote Desktop cannot Connect to the Remote PC because so and so.

then try to reinstall your vps (delete and re-create)
Mine was working fine till 2 days ago. first it got laggy and now RDP fails. We might need providers support this time.
From our end it appears to be working fine. Looking into your server and logging in via Console it just needed a reboot and network settings setup. Remember please check console and you can usually be able to resolve the issue.

Huh. Well like I said, the console couldn't connect to the VPS so..

Do you need port forward, or anything to connect to the VPS ?
I have another problem: now in the noVNC console, my clicks on the Windows desktop do not register.

You're most likely remotely disabled.
Or settings have changed.
