Which is the current flagship processor by Intel for PC ? Is it Core i9 ? What the AMD equivalent ?
Intel most likely aims their newest Core i9 to be their flagship line up of processors, obviously with the most expensive and "powerful" child, the Core i9 7980XE to be the overall flagship. I assume you would need to compare the i9 lineup with the AMD Threadripper lineup.
Never heard of AMD's Threadripper. Is it available in the market ?

it will be available on 10th of august but reviewer already get the threadripper but they cannot share the benchmark result untul the nda lifted when threadripper released to public and even though intel release core i9 that have 18 core . threadripper still have more ghz because there are rumour that the core i9 XE 18 core is just a xeon rebrand and you know that xeon have low GHz . and also core i9 XE is 2k USD . it is very expensive
if you want to build pc with lot of core but best value opt for ryzen threadripper instead
im not an amd fanboy but i just reccomend a thing that is best
Ryzen is same as Ryzen Threadripper ? I never knew it has an associated word with it.

ryzen threadripper is the bigger core variant of ryzen . it consist of 2 ryzen die glued together and not only twice the core but also you got 64 pcie lane and a huge cpu
it is better than intel walletripper

Wooohh! never heard about that. All I know is that AMD Ryzen dont know that there is an update of AMD with that WOW specs.

and it is already released . you can buy it now and it have performance that is much better than i9

I think the Intel Core i9-7980XE will the best from Intel with
18 Core CPU 
and it will be available from 18th October
I think the equivalent is AMD Ryzen. AMD doesn't do updates like Intel. AMD mainly targets intense graphics instead of CPU.
