today i won vps 13 i want to say first of all thanks you post4vps.com! for supporting me and helping me.
i enterd my control panel installed windows os 2012
then i restarted. i wanted to connect it with remote desktop connection.
it refuse to connect.
i tried just to test. tryed to connect through vnc. connection refused. why?
well i'm not expert but for RDP username must be "Administrator"
and you said you reinstall it mean change OS maybe you've to contact admin to start your VPS again.
Hello Restart your vps and try to connect to vnc........
thanks i just logged in with vnc and now it showed me that the system is not windows... its linux.

Now looks like VPS 13's Problem(OS Not changing) is problem caused by the VPS Panel.
I have reported about it to the VPS Provider.
lets wait for there reply.

P.S can you change it manually?
i just checked and nothing working in the control panel. only the reboot button. even when i changed password it aint working.
and yes i changed password. restarted vps and nothing

AFAIK they can't change it manually, since reinstalling OS can be done thru control panel. Please correct me if im wrong.
well i waited 2 days. is the vps fixed ? ?
for how long do i need to wait? please tell me there is a fix
