Check LowEndTalk and other reputable sites like webhostingtalk before buying anything from any hosting company. It's a risky business these days if not big name like DO, Amazon, Google Cloud
Looks like Nocrix is out of stock for my budget's product. Anyone else have any suggestion for dedicated server/VDS?

Kimsufi has excellent discount OVH servers available. Don't expect a lot of support however. Servers are excellent but the guys there assume that those who buy servers from them are experienced Admin.
