and it's not free.. it's paid..but they have extra free trial for 15/30 days..
i like cPanel as its the most famous Web Hosting Panel && powerfull && contains alot of usefull features

But its not free. So if you are going to use a free vps and want use cPanel then you need to pay at least 10-15 usd for the cPanel/WHM licenses. This is why this poll is about free hosting control panels. Since nobody who use free vps or un-manage vps would spend money for cPanel.
I vote for VestaCP.

It is a free and open-source software using php frontend. Their github repo is also actively maintained.

Although I also like the Plesk interface, but unfortunately it is not free.
Dont really use that much webhosting but I've mostly used VestaCP wheneveer I needed it
I used VestaCP till few years back. I had few problems and it was really hard to get answers from their support forum unless you understand Russian. My questions didn't get any answers so after waiting for couple of weeks I had to look for another alternative. It's then I found Ubuntu + Virtualmin combo works great.
i believe its called r panel or something close to that its been years since i seen or used it but it was good fo-r setting up p2h site and paid simple to use but ugly and can be buggy t times

i really started to like this panel over everything.
Well i personally didn't use much web hosting panels.

if i go for VestaCP and ISPConfig.
