To test this out, you could maybe post task on reddit to pay people half that amount to signup and stuff, will require investment but profit can be earned back easily

I suggest trying it out in a smaller circle before.

I think its better to stay away from this kind of jobs which is offered by unknown guys, you will waste time testing it and will write a negative review on it. Both will make benefit to them and we will be the losing side. Better get a job as mobilizer for some real company.
