Does anyone know where I could get super secure, totally encrypted, unhackable, Wordpress hosting that is private (what I'm putting on there is purely for testing purposes, but it's very private) Any suggestions? Preferably free, no hidden charges, no trial period...

As I had said previously too I recommend Qualispace as it's free of cost. However you will need your own domain for that.
If you just want something for test purposes try 5gbfree.com . They provide a free subdomain which you can use.
Your WordPress directory can be made private.... That's not an issue. First decide which one would you like to opt for and proceed further.
