agrees with this suggestion. VPS 16 will follow the same guidelines in the Giveaway Process as VPS 9. I.e. the person who applies for VPS 16 has to provide justification for using the large specs. The VPS will be given not only on basis of most credit points and posts, but also on the successful presentation of a project that justifies the large specs of the VPS.
