I do have a question about shared hosting plans. What's the real difference between shared hosting packages and Wordpress package? I can see one thing in which you offer a subdomain. Does that mean someone who doesn't have a domain name can get a subdomain from you?

They're the same. Except for WordPress plan, I offer managed WordPress support.
