any tried cozy? i have got a free invation to test it with 60 gig of storage.

No. But looks like I have seen it somewhere. Sometime back.

I don't really get it. What is it for? Is it like dropbox a cloud space or more like a VPS or partly both?

its a such owncloud with alot of extra features.
id say give it a try and sign up for the beta program its definantely worth it.
