Yes, but it depends on how much are the daily visitors and is it a dynamic or static website. Running a website is possible from a old desktop pc with pentium processor and 64MB RAM too. I did it with my old PC, but it consume too much electricity.
These days static websites are rare. Everyone uses content management systems. Anyway if Website needs more than 512Ram and 50GB+ bandwidth then it gets quite a bit of taffic. Owner should consider monitizing options.

Yes, this is true, the no longer give free domain names, only VPS servers. This why they've changed their name from FreeDomain.Club to FreeVPS.club.

Just confirming that they don't as well.
Closing this topic, since the provider has stopped giving Free VPSs.
Users can ask for reopening of this thread when the provider would start providing free vpses again.
