Basically, it's the same with your own PC. Unless, you only 'rented' for some months. AND, if you brake it or crash it. The owner will angry.

Ya, it's like your PC, but it's a server. You can turn on it 24/7/365. You can run webserver on it, or gameserver on it.

Sometimes I use it to download from slow server with higher speed, and then I upload it to gdrive and download from my remote PC. Better speed.
Thanks to Limitless Hosting and Post4VPS for providing me excellent VPS 13!

Depends.
Look at your VPS provider AUP & TOS. If they don't mention torrenting, then I guess, you can.

But, my suggestion, don't. XD. Because you're going to use this to support cracked application lol.

Piracy and copyright infringement is never allowed in 99% of all VPS providers. Legal torrents like seeding of Linux Distro ISOs or other freeware/public domain content is alright as long as the provider doesn't generally ban torrents. So yeah, as @tiwil said read the ToS & AUP of the VPS provider.

I find the topic of this discussion a bit weird @Amresh. Better question for you would be exactly why you are interested in a VPS? What do you want to do with a VPS and is a VPS the only way to do it? Quite often a shared hosting account with a good free host is better, particularly since shared hosting is more restricted and comes with a higher degree of security.

Think it is important for you to know that with a VPS there is a greater degree of responsibility and maturity needed to manage the VPS. Particularly since the free VPSs are unmanaged VPSs. In other words you need to not only figure out why you want a VPS, but you also need to figure out in advance how you are going to manage the VPS. Otherwise your experience may turn into great disappointment when you find your VPS suspended and not know why it got suspended. I've seen a number of free VPS users who didn't know what they were going to do with their VPS and were casually experimenting with all kinds of scripts without doing proper research first. If you don't know what you are doing, you can easily land into problems and before you know it your VPS is suspended.

@Amresh There are bunch of purposes you can use VPS for (too many to mention), but instead use it with what you interest of but make sure to read their TOC first to know what are allowed and not. Also take in mind that if your aiming for such a project make sure to check it's specification requirements, for you not too waste resources of your VPS.

Iam preferring webhosting...
You can host your own site without having any problems and if you got any problems you can fix it by yourself.

Lot of thing . Me for exampLe

-host my website
-host minecraft pe server
-learning how to manage server
-many more

The thing that you can do on the vps depend on your skill and vps specs

Well, what I can say is you need to see TOS for your VPS provider and user agreements. Every VPS provider has their own rules.
The end line is this, you cannot host anything which is not your own or doesn't have the license to distribute or show content.
You can host opensource/free software, but not any kind nulled or compromised software games or any other documents.
