Its already open source, on github just search for MyBB post counter and you might more then just one.

@TrK, well yeah it's open source but if possible i want list of post counter which is made by dynamo.

@arsalahmed786 you can code one yourself it works on group id to fetch userids then fetch posts and everything from userids available in a group. But i honestly suggest it will sure slow down your forum.
