If i am applying a low specs VPS this time. and after some months i have better points and credits to get better . then, have a chance for me to replace old one? or i work for two vps's after this?

At the moment you can't own two VPS from this site. There is a future plan to enable two VPS, but not right now.
So if you have a VPS and then you apply for another then you'll loose your old, so it's a simple change which you can do anytime when the giveaway is open.

My current previous VPS 10 from Evolution-Host has only one con the small amount of RAM, but it's still a very stable and decent server. I can highly recommend it.
