It is because mostly people love to go night outs and bars. Despacito is one of the bars hot tracks now a days since it was a song specially in dancing and add some remix with it and it will be a blast party!

Yes lol I don't know what you want to say xd but I don't thing its suit for club songs the whole song is non English no one will get mood to dance xd may be music will rock the club
