@Honey already taken 9 but if this event only for VPS holder then you can. I don't know @Dynamo please clear again. "registered member" Group can apply?

I think that registered members can apply at vps requests as i can post there.
And only vps holders choose a number.
@Dynamo is that right?

And at he last of this Giveaway after giving away vpses if those users haven't got any vpses then their numbers would be simply get avoided.
