Maybe its IP is geolocated at a wrong location or it belonged previously to that location. I have a Lithuanian server and it appears as an UK location too.
If you send me your IP address in PM then I'll check it for you.

As i check it on ip tracker. the original location is france. but i think it is bypass issue. bcause i am using cloudflare. so its mean cloudflare hide original ip location and relocate location in UK. england. i don't know i am right or wrong. expert of cloudflare explain it in details.
VPS is active in default condition. but its ok. i try to maintain it again. Thanks GOD.
Now i feel i change this VPS.

hopefully the problem fixed soon . vps5 is a decent vps . it have 3gb of ram and lot of ipv6 ip address .

The vps works again. but data lost. however its ok. and i dont know how to use ipv6.

If you don't need then you can disable ipv6 because most users do not have ipv6 connection yet, just the old ipv4.
Paste these to /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

Yea I too see now the provider has also replied to the ticket about the issue being patched up, but wait what you told.. you lost all your earlier data from your VPS ?

Yes. the data which i copied to HDD was not found or corrupt. so i do reinstall my custom files. as i dont use lot of hdd and my vps almost 30 to 40 % usage this time. so i do all things again. because the big issue is resolved. and vps works again. please check my PM @Dynamo .
