USA location is good it got bad only because of the LATENCY when you are far from the SERVER HOST.

totally true . my VPS9 (USA) have a 300ms latency from my location (indonesia) . and in game it sometimes lagging . i also test the latency of my vps that is nearer yo my location (singapore) and it have just 60ms of latency
for gaming espescially the competitive one like moba and fps you really need a high fps but for web hosting or something that isnt latency intensive high latency isnt that big of a deal

yeah for gaming France and Germany are best location for entire world in my opinion. only South America got high ping from France/Germany almost 200-280 if your server hosted on US then whole Asia get high Ping.

Well i haven't use WTFast ever before. but i see people really appreciate on it. probably it's work. I don't know but i'll try it ASAP.
