There's so many you would lose count. Programming language is being made frequently to accommodate the rapid expansion of technology. So there's is not set in the stone answer. You should start with Java and go from there since its the most popular and needed in these climate

Programming languages are unlimited but i like vb and pawno programming language
And php interface at the sites, its smooth and responsive
