Just restart the router. That's the easiest way to sort this out. Getting a Static IP for your net connection is too expensive and probably a white elephant. This is common issue but not much can be done from forum side.

If you already have a VPS then you can create a VPN server on that and then you can use your VPS' IP address for connecting to the internet.
And with it you'll have a free dedicated IP address with encrypted connection.
