Did anyone check out Bootstrap 4 ? They are coming up with a lot of new elements, flex box and other goodies. I would be happy to see some PHP / Angular based components in a similar framework. There is a limit what HTML and CSS can do. Would be a great idea to extent such a framework to dynamic websites as well.
