well that is kinda rare or even doesnt exist because good server and cPanel cost money that simply free hosting cannot handle
most shitty freehost like 000webhost and youhosting devaratives use their own shitty panel and the connection is very unstable . for lowering ping all over the world you can try using CDN like cloudflare for example . it does help lightweight your server load and make the file much lower latency because CDN have lot of server in lot of locaitiion

Along with viewen.com, you may also check http://hoststres.com, the website provides a free plan to host legit websites with good support, but it may be using some different language.

@Amresh Free hosting without giving anything in return is never really free. They either ask you for a CC or they provide you with lower quality shared hosting or temporary hosting or they use your signup details for unethical purposes. Post4host with cpanel and softaculous at a reliable host is much better as you can research them too - check their support forums and how up to date they are. If it's not post4host, then you should at least do a thorough background research by checking reviews to see whether it is a genuine free hosting service. Quite a number of free hosting services don't provide free hosting and only want to get hold of your signup details. You may wait forever for your free hosting details and then discover that they're a hoax service or they are not in business any longer and didn't take their Website down.

For free shared hosting I would recommend Gigarocket.net. I have used them for years without a problem. If it's just couple of domain names with low traffic then it's perfect for your need. This the only free shared hosting provider which has lasted for years without any kind of hick-ups or problems.
As for cheap hosting I have no idea. Problem with cheap hosting is these providers vanish sooner or later. I have used soo many good providers who had to close their business because of various reasons. But for VPS try Host4fun or ssdblaze. I have account at both these providers and I have used them for years without any big issues. I recommend these 2 because I have used them. But there are several really great VPS providers who sponsor servers here.
As for my business stuff I use Knownhost. They are not cheap compared to many budget hosting providers but if you have busy big sites to host and want them to take care of all your hosting related technical problems then you can't find a better provider.

Its an Indonesian host. I contacted their support and they told me its free for 2 months only then you'll need to pay.

As an Indonesian, I felt like I got called, hahaha.
It's 2 months free, but there is a plan called "Depresi" and "Stres", it said free forever. I don't know it's legit or not.
But their website is funny.
Ah ok, I chat their CS, and it's really funny like their site also. The free package only for 2 months, BUT, if you get 1 referal/month and buy, you will get free hosting for that month.

Agreed.
While no cpanel no problem I think.
I don't really care about panel, I use VestaCP inside my VPS. So then, I can do it more easy.
And also, if you have any kind of error or etc, you don't need someone to fix it while it's really annoying to wait until they fix it (and some customer service don't fully understand what their customer mean). With our own VPS, we can know and fix it by ourself.
