i use linux and dont have mspaint . is this limited to ms paint or any paint program?

It should not be MS Paint I think,
As all paint will be only a .jpg or .png, or whatever extension, at least it's an image.
So no ms paint should not be really a problem tho

Oops, my bad. I was blind.
I have edited my previous post. But... I still want to say that the 3rd prize is almost nothing.
Who knows. It is possible that there will be no more than 2 people participating. If it happens, then it does not matter how big the 3rd prize is.

I think Medibang is also good for drawing! With 21 Inch Screen Laptop support! Because the features are not bad for making lots of power

Ah Nice event.I shall take a part in event.But first i shall check some other paintings.So that i will make a better one.I made a simple house in old school days.I shall re-create that one.
