well you can try any song on these 17 songs other 10 will be on 21st December for those who pre-order that album they've received on 14 December.
Nah since Dusk Till Dawn and it's part 2 (Let me) released he didn't upload any single song not even cover he just reupload all songs lyrical video of his old album "Mind of Mine" during that time obviously he were busy to creating these 27 songs. 1 Year is enough for 27 songs during this time he also release 4 cover songs.

I know Zayn Malik from 1D. They exit from 1D to make a single album. I know him is a Muslim and I think in 2018, Zayn Malik popularity is not same than 2012/2013

It seems he is a good singer, religion should be a personal matter, all religions are good, never judge anyone based on their religion. Some frauds taking advantage of diversity in a negative way, judge people based on their skills and persona.
