Yes, the 1st one does have a MySQL error

Not much to see here to give you pointers.
First link does not work, second link only shows a login page.

The First Web Site
is shown an error Connection Failed: 1045
and the second is have nothing to improve you have to make some changes

like remplace logo of login and the favicon
