It's the worst design ever currently.
We've started working on AwConsole v2 yesterday.
And here is the link " http://awconsole.azureweb.eu.org/vps/ " . We'll create an demo account soon including demo Xen virtual machine.
Also about your question: Windows Server can be installed, as soon as it's Xen machine.

You should really make every page where you have to enter in login details HTTPS (use CloudFlare SSL if you're poor, I doubt that you are since apparently you can afford free WHMCS licenses). That billing panel not being HTTPS makes me very scared.
