Just because their website is up, doesn't mean they're still running for any business. People should investigate deeper before poking around random shish.

Thank you for the comment. The announcement is indeed official and was forwarded by e-mail to Dynamo as the VPS Holder. So we have been officially informed. Copy of the e-mail was posted in the OP of the Announcement.
Since it has been thoroughly discussed elsewhere in the Forum and also in the Shoutbox, am closing this announcement for now.
