I don't do anything sensative, and also. You can turn it off whenever you want! You can even choose to just turn it on a few times a week and for example watch some youtube videos, search the web etc. So... hehe.

I know that you choose to do this, but knowing that this is Android's own message developed by Google for them to state that makes me dubious. And it seems that even applies for the broweser. Yea. Get my info that I did not ask to get because of the nature of the product.
