Judging by the amount of people that complained that VPS 1 tends to initially be fine with gake servers but after some time they no longer work. And the fact that neither the host nor OVH are planning to investigate further into the matter, I personally highly suggest you apply for a new VPS next month.
But please make sure it has all the requirements you need to run the game servers. (And obviously read thoroughly through their terms to ensure that they actually do allow game servers).
This, in my opinion, is the best approach you can take to solve this problem for good.

Well vps1 is not supporting any game servers I tested samp also it same it didn't work , so I will drop this vps on next giveaway and apply for other vps

Glad to hear you're not giving up.
Just a question here. I'm not a games specialist, but from the discussions at post4vps I thought that you guys may be trying to get old games scripts to work on up to date OS and VPS with more secure Firewall than what samp has been designed for in the older version OS?
What Games Panel have you been using? With what OS and Version OS? And what didn't work? What were the errors that came up specifically?
When I Googled the subject I landed at a discussion where the person recommended OpenGamePanel for installing SA-MP. I checked a little through the YouTube tutorial and the guy said he was on Ubuntu 16, but recommended Ubuntu 14 instead. So I wonder whether if you used an older version of Ubuntu and tried the tutorial below for the Game Panel, whether that may work in VPS 1?

So changing os gonna be working ? I tried with centos7 since centos7 is perfect for both open game panel and samp game servers even though I'm gonna try installing on Ubuntu And check and update it here again
It didnt changed it still same both MTA and samp servers not working @deanhills changing os also didn't worked I guess they restrict using of game servers for vps1!

the possibility of happening is blocked port to the daemon , overload or extremely slow internet speed . i have this kind of issue before but with pterodactyl instead of ogp and the problem that i got first is the blocked port . but after i open the port i get another timeout problem and what i found out is the server is overloaded . slow internet can also cause the issue

The problem is not in ports ,tos ,slow net,overload what the main problem is when I install first mta server via ogp panel and start mta server and if you join at mta hosted server at first you will join mta server but after 2-3 min mta server shows offline and when ever you try to connect that mta server IP it shows timeout but in ogp panel it shows running server fine I even tested ports it clearly shows ports are open in mta console idk were the problem is

Thanks for the feedback @Khadeer143. I now get it that it's the VPS.
