Please note I've moved the discussion about the possibility of a 2nd VPS, membership recruitment drive and more posts to our Suggestions and Feedback Forum
During the 62nd Giveaway there was originally only 1 VPS Request - VPS 1 received and awarded on 5 November. @Rehans going to see whether he can make VPS 1 work for Games Servers.
We extended the Giveaway until the end of the weekend and two new VPS Requests have been received.
In summary the following 3 VPSs have been awarded for this Giveaway:

VPS 10 - @Khadeer143
