I use the bright game panel as well. It is using really clean UI and that's awesome. It's a younger project so they have a better UI and more features.

Open Game Panel is better for me since it has a multi server feature
(I'm planning to fork it then modify the panel layout to use bootstrap though)

I already tried my hands on the panel's theme structure but looks like that it's really hard to design theme on suck structure since we need to use hooks nearly everywhere.

As said, I'm planning to fork it. Not create a theme for it. There shouldn't be any limitations since I'll be modifying the code.
This is gonna be a side project though. I have a lot of things to do.
