or simply use "alt+prtsc" button to take screenshot just on focuses app window and then paste it

It is good to use software if you want to create GIFs. There are a few free and paid GIF makers for every platform.

If your into gaming you can use Bandicam to record and take screenshot while recording.

i dont know but if what you want is just make a screenshot then automatically upload to file hosting then try lightshot . ive been use it for year now . you should try it . it also have a little bulit in editor and you can upload the screenshot to lightshot server

Snipping tool is a very good tool and I have been using that for my entire life. A good alternative is using the Prnt Scrn button and using Paint.

In my opinion GeForce Experience is better for screenshot/recording games. You can also save something what already happened.

Bandicom is best I use it easy process and best app to record video too
