RE: Dual Camera phones - TimeRider - 01-09-2018 Dual camera one a single phone? Why not go for DSLR? It may look fascinating on a phone with dual camera but as Golden said, it would drain a lot of battery power. It has really good camera, because I can take up to 120° photo with wide angle camera. It might take 120° photo but you can also use the Panorama function in the camera. Some phones have low quality camera and it doesn't matter if they have dual cameras or not. Even for my best friend who enjoyed taking photos with his classic Nikon DSLR camera, he also changed to use smart phone some years ago. No wonder, just because smart phone is too convenient.
RE: Dual Camera phones - Dudi - 01-31-2018 Dual camera phones are for: -blokeh effect (it's perfect for taking pictures of people and it blurs the background) -it can work as an "optical zoom too". Some Huawei models have this, but I don't know exactly how they achieve this. Do you know any models who have this effect? I might buy one. Thanks! RE: Dual Camera phones - Lampard - 02-25-2018 Dual camera phone yes, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is the best choice. The features it has, and the AI that it is using for capturing images is something very good in a mid-ranged phone.
