It seems you are very confused on what YOU want.
Please describe in detail what you want:
A web app that looks like a desktop, that allows you to view files and edit them, basically like a mobile web suite that is similar to the likes of eyeOS

A web app that allows the usage and installation of desktop programs such as the desktop version of Office, Google Chrome, Firefox, browsers like MS Edge, and other Windows applications like the Windows Store, the possible usage of Steam, or applications like Visual Studio to make applications on the go on your phone.

You do not know what you really want if there isn't premade software for such a problem

There is software, but its either not public, not free, nor something in the caliber you can even install.

Like I said before there is no such software which you can install in vps and let you do all the stuff you mentioned. I don't think even developing something like that is possible. Even those web applications like eyeos or ZeroPC can do what you require.

1.you cannot install any app in zeropc , apponfly or any other similar service because execution of app is forbidden and you rpobably doesnt have admin access
2.you can just make a user account with remote access and also add a group policy so they cannot install any app

@xdude, i also think that was impossible on VPS but i think other service can like dedicated or online service like zeropc type.
@humanpuff69, look i just want my project host on VPS or dedicate server any but look like zeroPC a PC desktop client use without install any app on phone.

You already know my response (and eventual others).
Apart from the morality of you and your abuse of that VPS, do some common sense and look at the software used within the video. If you can not even do that, I doubt you are even capable of installing such vmWare software much less creating it yourself.

@cubedata, now i'm just learning when i success in this project i'll buy own Dedicated or VPS. i don't do it with free VPS. need free vps just for testing it and learning.
@Mr.Monkey, just tell me ovh.co.uk can work from phone without any application?

At 12 seconds, its on the screen, Horizon HTML5 Access. To which any modern internet smartphone browser can access, even Android 2.2 can. Even the other solutions between Guacamole/noVNC achieve the same thing, just not automated as Horizon and require some configuration from you, as simple as creating a new Windows User Account, adding permissions as needed and to sell.
Much less trying to cram "1k" accounts into anything other than 12 full Xeon cores and RAIDed storage and good techniques against abuse, than seeing those cheap 10$USD/m dedi's that have 4 AMD cores from '05 and a single HDD.
You are going to have a bad time.

example: website is hosted in anywhere in the world but have Asia,Europe,USA all ip. i've seen 1 website has 4 different ip for same web
how can i?
