Looks like you need to give writable permissions to those files..

well i fix PASSPRASE by changing permission through FTP
please see last error on image. last one error still issued.
i goto BGpanel folder/ajxp/data now here some more folder what i've to do.

Just do the same with that folder with checked recursive option.

i set Data Folder permission to 0777 but nothing happen. please guide me. should i've to reinstall?
and i'm using "Debian 8 minimal amd64" which Debian is require for installing this panel?
on my 2nd VPS if i successfully installed then i conenct my @Post4VPS's VPS on it.

make sure you using recruisive . just add -R on the command after chmod . for example " chmod -R 777 *"
