well it is because technically the core behind windows 10 is no different than a windows 7 with telemetery installed and windows 7 is no different than windows vista but better . windows 10 is still based on NT 6 archtitecture even tough in winver it say 10.0 but it is actually not . and because of that most of the software or even driver from older windows still work
what about xp? xp is using much different NT version . XP use NT version 5 . it is technically mostly different but i was accidientaly installing windows xp driver on windows 7 and it is work except aero . i think it is because no aero for windows xp but except for that it is 100% working

Also they recently release the new version i mean the gimped version of windows 10 Called Windows 10 S
well from the name of it . its look like the new edition of it for example iphone 6s is the newer version of iphone 6 and also xbox one s (coincidentially microsoft product) is a newer and slimer version of xbox one so the Windows 10 S should be better than normal Windows 10 right? WRONG . THEY F*CKED UP THE NAMING SCHEME . they actually did that to make people think that Windows 10 S is the new better version . so they think i should get windows 10 s because i want to get the newest product or something like that
but actually . the S isnt stand for Special or Super but for student . Windows 10 S is designed for student . and most student are just using laptop for browsing and doing a homework . and doing that thing dont really need a support for win32 app . well it doesnt . if you need image manipulation for example you need photoshop or corel draw but there are no such thing on the store . you need to get the ability to run win32 app . and also they said that its for security reason . well it isnt . first ii see some virus successfully entered windows store and also i found the application that isnt designed for student like pornography apps on windows store . and secondly with a normal windows you can just disable running app except in the list you make with group policy . so yes technically it will be much safer but it not completely safe . but you can also upgrade to windows 10 pro for just $50 and get the ability to run real win32 apps .
conclusion time . i think windows 10 s is not even great for student . most student need software that is win32 and isnt available in windows store and for security you can just install antivirus or windows 10 is actually already included a antivirus called Windows defender so you dont really need a external antivirus . you better off getting the real functional win32 capable windows 10 because win32 app is so important . i even still prefer linux than running the crimpled gimped windows 10 s because actually funny enough THERE ARE MORE LINUX APPS THAN WINDOWS STORE APPS and that making it the first time that linux have more apps than windows
Windows 10 S is basically Windows RT Refresh but with x86 archtitecture and much cheaper price and also the ability to upgrade to normal functional windows 10 that can run win32

to be honest i have 2-3 months working with windows 10 and it seems so good , i used to believe that it sucked before but nope i was wrong.

Windows 10 is a good operating system but it comes with unnecessary new features like auto-update etc. It already lacks privacy and now they are stealing bandwidth too...

i not even planning to upgrade to windows 10 because
1.windows 7 is just works
2.windows 7 is much light weight

4.since windows 8 microsoft removed the legendary classic theme and i really like classic theme . flat metro ui is great but i still prefer the good old classic theme

10.windows 7 is still supported (even i almost never update my windows (even tough my windows is original genuine)) until 2020 i think correct me if im worng
there is no no.9 because windows 9 is not released unfortunately they just skip it to 10 and it ended up to be shit os
samsung skip the note 6 and note 7 ended up exploding

Yea pretty cool for me it works so perfectly, no down times either crashes or bugs if your computer doesn't work properly with it maybe your computer specs doesn't work properly so be sure that everything is fine with your ram and all of that stuffs to review this operating system :p

any operating system you use is all depend on hardware condition stabilitywise but if you talking about performance . windows 10 is purposely gimping slow hard drive to make the user feel that they need a new pc but in reality the windows 10 crimpled the hard drive because windows 10 do lot of hard drive time EVEN WHEN IDLE . but what you need to do is just replace the hard drive with solid state drive . or get a faster hard drive

@maroon93 agreed some of older games doesnt work or should I say not compatible with Windows 10 thats why I stayed with Windows 7.

but technically speaking . since windows vista there are no REALLY MAJOR improvement to windows . the last MAJOR improvement is occuring when moving from xp to vista but now windows 8 is just windows 7 with metro ui . windows 8.1 is just windows 8 but much better and windows 10 is just windows 8 and 7 blended together with newer kernel . but the core behind it is still NT 6.x . even though windows 10 said that it is 10.0 is just fake . the real kernel behind it is NT 6.4 but they version it 10.0 . Windows xp is using NT 5.1 , vista use NT 6.0 , 7 use NT 6.1 8 use NT.62 8.1 use NT 6.3 and windows 10 technically use NT 6.4 but they rename it
that is also why most older windows xp era program doesnt work well with newer windows simply because it is too different . but a program that is designed for vista or 7 is probably will work on windows 10 . and also to put thing in perspective . you can install windows 7 or even vista driver on windows 10 and it will be work fine* (not all driver . do it your own risk) but you cant do windows xp driver on vista
and also the big reason why vista fail it is not because the os is bad but because windows vista is too advanced that it need so much resource that most pc back then doesnt have but 2 years later pc have gotten more powerfull and windows 7 work like how vista should be . and speaking about thing that is how it should be . windows 10 is how windows 8 should be

I have tried many older games and they are working better than on Windows 10 than Windows 7.
Gaming experience has been actually improved in Windows 10.
