what is the use of rcon password . i ran samp with and without rcon and doesnt see any different

I never really understood why people use RCON, I haven't played SAMP that much but I have played VCMP which also had RCON ability but I never was able to make much use of it honestly.

im server owner. rcon is not in your choice use it or not. you have to make a rcon with a password. rcon is kind of control panel to the server.
the only thing you need to do is to make password. the bad thing with rcon is that there are a lot of rcon hackers and when they hack rcon...

the rcon password is the important thing in samp
you can do whatever you want
ban players,change games,hostnames,mapnames, etc..
