When there would be enough Requests in the VPS Request Forum gathered(and currently by seeing the Forum, I guess tomorrow or day after tomorrow).

You can always try your luck and start with a lower specs VPS and then a few months later you can change anytime to something better.

Good to see more servers available for this give away. I should try a different vps maybe. My current one is not upto my expectations.
