Yes, I've been using ClouDNS for about 2 years with my eu.org domain name without any problem. I recommend them.

I think https://www.cloudns.net are a good choice rather then http://www.xname.org also one more here is https://www.noip.com you can also try this.

I mainly use CloudFlare and a combination with my own primary nameserver and HE.net as slave DNS to handle DNS for my domains.
