now someone guide me how to install SSL on VPS.
VPS control panel don't provide CSR.

there already lets encrypt . a fully cost free ssl solution . if you have a website you SHOULD install lets encrypt ssl on it . it will make your website feel more secure and make the google rank higher because google is prefering a https website over http and its a good thing
now those open wifi scanner cannot see your data again

this is really great, i have free ssl on my web but its must renewed after 3 month with this i can used on 1 year
