How hard do you think it is to develop a Bootstrap alternative ? Which technologies do we need to learn to build one ?

you need to remake the responsive component of bootstrap . all the ui and more . it is very complicated . and by the way there are nothing wrong with bootstrap why even bother getting the alternative

Are you familiar with technologies involved ? Those colours and panels are just predefined CSS classes. Not a big thing.

Bootstrap websites are quite hard to develop from what I've heard, but you could try finding an easy tutor using google.

To develop bootstrap alternative you need to have very high amount of skilled people and time because bootstrap is big.
Need less/sass/..., css, javascript, html and creative skills.
