Well Virtualmin is the thing for you. When you installed Virtualmin which is mainly a web hosting control panel it automatically install Webmin too which is the server management app. You get all kinds of stats from these 2 applications. You can basically micro manage almost everything in your vps without login to ssh. Also Once you get it installed and configured it rarely give you any trouble and crashes. I have been using it for 3 years now after trying most of popular free panels out there.

Yes i was used webmin in past. but some features of webmin is too much open. which are so dangerous for learner because a little change can make disconnect or turn off your vps. even your access to vps. and i am victim of this.

They don't sell pre-built services, there is an option of contacting them through Enterprise services and they will be more than happy to contact you and discuss the services they offer. I never heard of them selling pre-built servers though.
