Since my previous suggestion is closed, I think, a new thread won't be a problem. Any chance we can have a YouTube auto embed enabled on post4vps ?

Auto embed means, post URL to embed. No need to use YouTube tags

There is a plugin for this as far as I know https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=download&pid=286
But this would increase the site load and make it more harder to upgrade to newer versions of MYBB, isn't it?
And I am sure that everyone can easily embed the videos through the mycodes..

I understand the load time part. But, is it such a heavy plugin ? As for upgrades, there is none till you get 2.0. That's is not very soon as well.

I see it's size is more than 1MB, and we can't expect plugin of such size to be as lighter and easier as a normal Hello world plugin ?
Even Newpoints plugin is lesser than 1MB.
