Site isnt done so don't say it's bad already as im asking now things I should change edit or add.
And about mobile friendly I want to make a dektop version and a mobile function.

Also in my opinion that you have to use CloudFlare CDN to optimize your site as it's hosted by DigitalOcean USA so it'd far from my country so using CloudFlare CDN it would make it more faster than it is.

And as I mentioned this site is not meaned to serve mobile.
Currently it's hosted by cloudflare

At homepage. you can see message

make more space between both messages actually add welcome message at header and project one at footer.
at between you can add news section about upcoming or ongoing project.
more i'll suggest you more about your site as soon as possible for me.
