yes both servers are currently located in us.

perryoo11.ga > just my main site
perryweb.ga > my free hosting
nameservers are:
ns1.perrydns.ga
ns2.perrydns.ga
only with mail from roundcube is seen as newsletter better use a program installed on pc to have max score.

No bro anyone can get his own DNS servers, you just can install it on your VPS and figure it and done you can use it.

ok my bad.
i use freenom in this case.
i use glue records for my nameservers.
and my regular dns is from cloudflare.
