Iam going to open a vps support soon to check.
How should my location affect on it?

it have 1 more core than vps 9 but less ram
if you use the vps for game server or task that use more cpu than vps 4 is better choice
but if you want more ram you better get vps 9 and by the way both is good vps

by the way great review .

You probably should not compare them only with the number of cores. CPU clock frequency is also an important factor.

Comparing this VPS 4:

System Info
-----------
Processor : Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz
CPU Cores : 3
Frequency : 400.000 MHz
......

With my VPS 9:

System Info
-------------
Processor : Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2620 v3 @ 2.40GHz
CPU Cores : 2
Frequency : 2401.000 MHz
......

If the reported CPU frequency of VPS 4 is correct (I have a little bit doubt of it), I don't feel that the 3-core CPU of VPS 4 can be any faster than that of the 2-core VPS 9.

Well VPS 4 is Faster then 9. Honestly they have less Ram then VPS 9 but more CPU then VPS 9

as you can see @tryp4vps Compare both VPSes.

Isn't means VPS 9 are bad i prefer VPS 9 then VPS 4. Because my project require much Ram.

i'm using my VPS 9 for Pirateshosting project and other one which will i didn't start yet i'll.

Besically i want to say Both VPS'es are bestest i love both providers.

vps 9 also have newer processor . vps 4 use 2nd generation intel sandy bridge processor whereas vps 9 use 3rd generation inte ivy bridge processor . but the ipc difference beetwen sandy bridge and ivy bridge isnt that far off . vps 4 have more clock speed and more core . so still if you use cpu intensive task vps4 is a better choice but if you want a bigger ram vps 9 is a better choice

but still you need to remember it is a VPS and the resource is shared so you cannot use all the cpu power at all time . you can only burst to 100% for a short time . if you use 100% cpu all time you probably get suspended because it ruined other users experience
