Bitcoin futures trading - tryp4vps - 12-12-2017
Bitcoin futures can now be traded on CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) since the beginning of this week.

No doubt Bitcoin price has been pumped a lot earlier this year. But if you think Bitcoin price is already high, you can also short the futures contract.
So I think it is a good for people who have some experience in commodity futures trading, because Bitcoin price is still so much volatile and should have plenty of great trading opportunities every day.
What do you think about it? Will you try to invest, or think that it sounds too risky to invest?
EDIT: A week later CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) also launched Bitcoin futures trading on their platform: http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/bitcoin.html

Well , i think btc is suprising currency , like a gold as time goes on, they become harder and harder to mine , so the price will be grow up, very interesting to invest on it , profitable $$ , but i think btc is digital currency , not like gold have a physical form , may lost at any time like a data in Storage, so in my opinion it is risky to invest ,

You have your points, but I just want to add that data loss should not be an issue for BTC, because data (coins) are actually stored on a decentralized blockchain. Due to the very high difficulty now, these data are technically not erasable.

Now it's too late to invest in IMO. It had reached around 20k usd per coin so now it's little bit too risky to put money into it. I mean just imagin you have to pay about 20000 usd for just a single coin.

You will never know. I remember years ago when Bitcoin price hit $200, everyone also said very expensive at that time.
But I agree that it is risky to buy now. However, with Bitcoin futures trading, you don't have to only buy, you can also sell (without needing to own any BTC before you sell).

What the! I search in google what is the current trading of BTC to PHP (Philippine Money) and it give me a goosebump! 1 BTC convertion is 811,922.58 that is close to 1 Million PHP!

I heard these days Bitcoin to real currency transaction fees are way too high. I remember it's mentioned at freevps.us too by someone. So I don't know how easy it's going to be.
