Recently I received word that ubuntu is infected with a virus. So I want to, Install Anti Virus! But I do not know which Anti Virus is Good! Any suggestion ?

Sorry I'm quite a little bit not sure about your question, hmmm does Ubuntu the OS itself that infected by a virus? or your VPS / PC is installed using Ubuntu OS got infected by a virus?

It's true my PC is infected with a virus! and It Deletes Many of My Documents

You can install ClamAV via the command line with

sudo apt-install clamavI use for my VPSs. its fine for basic scans..
but if your system files are infected, then I suggest to have a clean format of you PC( before make sure to have important files backup after scanning them).

Shall i run it after installing or by doing
sudo apt install clamav
It will get installed?

I suggest Eset's NOD32 antivirus for Linux. It's not free but you can request 30 days trial.

Maybe this virus is no lt worked in windows os . So we can clean thr virus in the windows .In the past. I thought that linux can not be affected by virus. Because my linux never affected by a virus xD . But from this thread now i know linux can be affected by virus

Done, shall i reboot the vps or something like that to apply the changes? Can i get notifications about the virus from the terminal? And the last question, Can i run scan from terminal?
